The food was okay, but the service was cold. At the end, the waitress suddenly started ignoring us for a small honest mistake related to paying the tip with the terminal (the machine does not take into account the amount paid by gift cards to calculate the tip percentage ). The whole thing could have been resolved cordially by bringing the mistake to our attention - instead we had to ask the waitress what was going on, who responded curtly.I can see that we all have bad days, but I'm still perplexed by the cold manner in which we were treated - especially for a shortfall of $2 in tip.

I give a 2 star rating despite the good food, the reason why is that... the cook who prepared my meal did an excellent job, the sub was perfect ONLY HISTORY and that is the reason for my 2 star, The cooks are... UNDERPAID and I'm weighing my words, Mikes Saint-Bruno... I'm DISAPPOINTED!

It was my best place when I went out with my family to eat in a restaurant! But come Thursday I arrive there the hostess looks at me as if I was nothing and the waitress the same thing 20 minutes of waiting before it takes 2 seconds to come to our table and not even a hello (ready to order?) super good food as usual finally I took half of my order for take out! C'est dommage
