I order the gourmet lunch plate. In the options offered to me I hear cheese. I answer no thank you. Once served I see that the coffee which is included is missing. He tells me that I told him no for the coffee. I realize cheese was actually the word beverage. Now for my coffee he refuses to give it to me... I have to pay for a separate coffee. I will never go to this restaurant again.... I also reduced the stars because the restaurant does not support the mobile application (broken tablet) and the toilets were dirty...

Following my last visit in March 2024, I ordered two apple turnovers in addition to my two meals. I pay, I leave... I realize when I arrive home that I don't have my apple turnovers!!! Disappointed with the service - lack of communication between attendants - and the veggie burger really disappointed me... I like the one from Harvey's better. ☼Vegetarian options: I don't recommend the veggie burger... so ordinary, almost uncooked, soft.

depuis leurs nouvelle administration la nourriture et le service le soir est rendu horrible!!! les galettes de viandes froide les frites loin d’être cuite !!! j’ai l’impression quils ne savent pas ce qu’ils font (le soir) le staff … quand tu demande ton burger sans condiments et bien je mattend quand meme a avoir ma laitue ma tomate et mes oignons!!! bref je retourne plus la surtout au prix que cest rendu A&W wow… payer la total pour mal manger et ce faire mal servir ca concorde pas chez moi!!!

Les frites son pas grasse mais les hamburgers devrais être un peut plus gros et moins chère !
They say their open 24 hours drive in and google says their open t’il midnight …went there at 9h00 pm today …theirs a car in the parking lot , but no service at the drive trough , so I waited at the window and no one was there.Had to go to the next A&W North on that same street …they had no more chicken and a rude manager . Must be the same ownerWent home empty handed after stopping at 2 A&W

What a bad day. I arrive at the restaurant we are two customers person at the wheel service I ask for a teen 3 gourmands and 4 combo chef. She answers me unfortunately we no longer offer teens in the morning it's over it's been a long time I ask her where is it written? after she answers me no, it's just that they don't want to wash the "plaque" I was overcharged and more errors in my order. A very nice big zero for them and 2 days in a row
