We waited almost an hour to have our dishes (there were 2 of us), cold food and neglected plate, no explanation or apology from the waiter, it seems that it is a family that now manages this restaurant and they really lack experience, at least during lunch. For a $50 bill for two people for lunch we should have a minimum of respect for the customers. We will no longer go to this Hello my coco!

We had good service, but when you have to ask for your dish 3 times because everything is very cold each time (cold eggs, cold potatoes, etc.) and even after the third time only the eggs are hot, it doesn't It's definitely not worth it. We had 4 different dishes and everything was received cold. In addition to having few interesting choices (in my opinion), the basis is to have your meals hot. Many of the foods also had little taste such as fruits and potatoes.

Took 25 mins to get seat when there were booths available, took 1.5h to get our order.Food was good and wait staff was nice the kitchen was fully staffed but they were just really slow.

After hearing so much about this franchise, I was completely caught off guard as to how disappointing the quality of the food was. I expected much more, or at least I expected SOMETHING, but to be honest I would much rather go through the effort of making my own breakfast than ever visiting this restaurant again. This franchise, or at least this particular restaurant, was certainly subject to "shrinkflation" as the quality was quite pathetic. I actually chose the fan-favorites on the menu including but not limited to a generic brunch platter (e.g. your typical eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc), a pancake "platter", and a Milkshake. Honestly the only thing I could appreciate was the potatoes of the breakfast platter but everything else was extremely basic or worse, and definitely not fresh. The pancake "platter" was a single pancake which only filled me because of the surplus of fruits it was topped with, but obviously I would order a pancake for the pancake itself and not overloaded toppings. The price for that pancake platter made absolutely no sense since it was nearly the same thing you would get if you just took the pancake with the breakfast platter. And finally the 8$ milkshake was a total bust, tasted like a diluted mix of milk and basic fruit juice, nowhere near the consistency of a "milkshake".Overall a big zero satisfaction on the cost-effective scale - I felt like I had been robbed. If it wasn't for the very friendly service, I would have left immediately when I saw the pancake placed in front of me. I ate my meal quietly because the service did not deserve my lack of satisfaction, only the restaurant itself.

More than an hour of waiting to get our plate. Customers got up and went to get their own coffee refill because there was no service. The plate arrived cold despite the long wait. I will not return to this restaurant again. I've made several attempts and no improvement.

I've come to lunch twice now and I'm disappointed. Service 0/10. First time I told myself that maybe it was a bad day but given that the second visit was also disappointing, I concluded that it was my last visit. The prices are expensive, I understand inflation but the service is pitiful, no coffee refills, stupid waiter, cold plate and very long waiting time. I do not recommend at all.

You have to give them nice slices of bacon.Honestly for a lunch for me and my daughter ($62 + tips) it's crazy!There are places with lunch vouchers for half the price.Honestly you have to think differently...
