Hello, I want to share the bad experience I had at Benny's today. To start, I ordered 3 meals and one of them contained no fries. It is obvious that a meal without fries is quite outdated. So I called to find out if compensation was possible because the order was incomplete. The employee offered me $4 to apologize for the mistake, which corresponds to the price of the fries. This is not what I call compensation. Indeed here is the definition of this word according to the Larousse dictionary: Material or moral advantage granted to someone in compensation for damage; indemnity, compensation, consolation. As we can see here, compensation corresponds to an advantageous offer so I should not only receive the amount of fries in exchange given that I did not have any. There are no advantages in this case. I am disappointed with what you have to offer your customers, especially seeing the positive values that you seem to advocate.

A bone in the club sandwich could have been very dangerous. Serious and costly injuries could have occurred. This is unacceptable, a chicken breast is a chicken breast we all know where the bone is, if you are a cook you owe it to yourself to debone your chicken breast especially in a club sandwich when you bite into it without seeing the inside . Je viens de reçevoir ma commande et je doit vous demmander la recette pour faire cuire le poulet à la perfection comme vous le faitent, c'est le meilleur poulet qu'on ne peut manger! Tout est tellement délicieux et le poulet très chaud et tellement tendre. Oubliez ceux qui se plaigne, qu'il se le faise cuire leur pouler eux-même, ils ne save pas de quoi il parle. Un vrais délice. Merci.
