Finally a real pizzeria that makes real old-fashioned pizza, like the first pizza I ate in my life (in the 1960s) and which has always been the best I've ever had. I tried all the major brands on the market, and I found Corfu which has resisted change for 40 years. George the owner understood that the peperoni goes on the sauce and not on the top of the pizza because they will burn, and he uses a lot of it.The pizza sauce is very good, the toppings are cooked to perfection, the crust is perfect.Pizza Corfu, you are not wrong, if you like real pizza.

I have been ordering pizza and pasta from this place for years, it’s always been very good and tasty. Yesterday we ordered pizza and pasta like usual and I don’t know if they changed the cook or the recipe changed but dammm someone dropped sugar in the sauce. Eating the pasta felt like eating dessert. It has awful we threw away the food. Please do something about your sauce, sugar isn’t meant to be put in sauce you can compensate with other things if the point was to remove acidity.

It's been 6 months since we ordered, already it was starting to be less good, tonight May 19th but really not $40 for the garbage. dough really not cooked inside!!! It tasted like wet dough, vegetables no need to look for them ? they're all on top of the pizza, the sauce tastes too spicy. We've been ordering from you for 10 years, finished for us
