1 on 4 orders are good and warm. Most of the time the food is old and fries are cold. Even got sassed by a kid at the drive thru once for not saying I had a code for my order.My splash drink tonight barely tastes anything. Burger was old and fries were cold.20$ and that's how I'm treated as a customer. You people need to learn customer service and satisfaction skills.

So disappointed, the big mac almost no sauce, the meatballs as thin as a sheet of paper, the salad instead of being inside was all on the outside, I asked to change for another. I was given another one but it was done so quickly that everything was thrown into the hamburger and I didn't like the taste.
