I take the time to call to ask for a Club sandwich WITH a packet of mayo since I didn't have one last time, plus I ask for a poutine version. They give me 2 bills for the poutine version.. In the end I open my order at home and I only have a bag of fries without cheese, sauce or mayo.. there will be no 3rd time I understand why there are so many 1 stars

Ready for 30 minutes of waiting and when I get my meal, the fries are cold. We wanted to eat on the terrace because the weather was very nice but there were no chairs just tables and the employee told me that the owner doesn't want them to take the chairs out.

2 hrs before I got my order...no one called me to tell me they couldn't have chocolate cake...the delivery man took me a sugar pie...I refused. ..saying that we had 2hrs to call me...if you don't know how to handle a Rush...close your doors...Bin disappointed...plus when I called to cancel afterwards 2hrs...I was told it was freshly done...to convince me not to turn around the delivery man...it was cold!
