The food is good but phew several things could be improved. For example, my mother received her filet mignon with ONE unfortunate mushroom. No choice of beverage except Pepsi and 7up for those who don't have wine. And finally the service of the old man who can almost wait for us to leave. TO AVOID.

Good service, generous and tasty skewer and shrimp!… (Small downside, the bench at the back of the restaurant is really not welcoming... it is due for a new covering... preferably washable synthetic leatherette style, easier to clean!)

This evening my boyfriend invited me to dinner at Vieux Duluth on Chemin Gascon in Terrebonne, I like to go to dinner there, the restaurant was full, but this evening the manager really set me on fire..... he said in front of me to a waiter "aweye it's not time to sleep when you're in front siboire de calisse" what a lack of respect towards his employee in front of the customers, dear sir the manager there is no title which authorizes you to speak to your employees in this way....I have managed staff for more than twenty years and never, ever would I have dared to speak like that to an employee...our employees are a rare commodity, you have to be careful with them. ...I've been seeing you at this restaurant for a long time, if you're no longer able to handle the pressure of Rush, stay at home....

The girl at the checkout who talks to me stupidly I don't leave a tip... it's a takeaway order that I was looking for, should I tip because she put my lunch in a bag? Next time if ever there is one, I'll go to Laval. and what's more, it was disgusting. Not mean, well.

Not much space even when you reserve you have the impression of being seated with strangers or at the neighbor's table...for the rest it's one of my favorite restaurants...especially the Caesar salad...Parking: At the back of the restaurant and it's a bad idea when I think of people with reduced mobility...

$300 Take out! Missing the full meal for my son. We notify the manager. Should we persist in getting a refund for the plate we paid and didn't receive...after being called a thief we received the dish! Which is false! We never received the meal.. but we paid for it!Not to mention the two missing extras on another order.... impossible to get a refund for what we paid and never received.

We've been going there a few times now. The portions are generous for a price which I think is fair. The service was perfect, the waitress took good care of us.We would have appreciated the buns being warm.The restaurant needs a good refresh, the carpet in a dining room is dirty, the benches are also very dirty and not comfortable, you have the impression of sitting on the wooden board under the foam.Vinyl seats would be much easier to maintain and provide better hygiene for everyone.

1st time at this restaurant to finish 2023 and start 2024, food was great but the young man that served us tall blonde hair, was extremely good and professional with the service he gave us. Recommend this restaurant to all the people who wants good food and be served with a smell.

Vassago Elderhammer

For December 25 the staff was A1. We had reservations for 6 people. The restaurant was full. Despite everything, the food was excellent! Our server served us very well. The only downside is that our meal arrived after more than an hour due to a "problem in the kitchen". But hey it was December 25th so things like that can happen.We will definitely go back!
