I called the branch 1 minute after my order was confirmed to ask to remove the sprouted beans in my pad thai since there was no option when creating my order on Doordash. The clerk who answered me told me that I had been fooling him twice (?? First order with them and first time I called) and that my pad thai was already ready then he hung up the line on me! First time and last time! I should have ordered in Mascouche as usual!

I ordered 4 meals through Uber. 1 pad Thai with shrimp extra tofu medium spicy. I got no shrimp, shrimp was cold, not spicy and tasted like oil. My husband who doesn't eat spicy at all got extra spicy and was not able to eat. The other 2 orders were ok. Very disappointed because we love Thai food. But when you pay close to 90$ you expect to ha e the correct order.

I wish I could give more than 2 stars, but after multiple errors in the food order, I assume they do not really take a look at the comment section. And on top of it, it's been more than a month than I am waiting for a refund or compensarion for food I paid as an extra, but never received. I've been told to be "patient" last month when I send them a second email. This food chain does not care about their customers. They give the silent treatment in hope the customer will tire to wait for their mistakes to be corrected.
