Avoid stopping.The owner increases prices by 17% compared to other tims.Hot chocolate 3.30 compared to 2.85Elsewhere.I was told it is at the discretion of the owner.He's probably the owner of the late night guy who raises the price of gas every morning before rush hour.
This is hardly the first time this has happened.This morning, I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:55. There were a lot of cars. It is now 10:24 and there are still 3 cars in front of me waiting to pay at the window. This is poor service. It's supposed to be fast food. 30 minute wait for a simple iced Cappuccino. With that waiting time, it would have been faster to go to the Take-Out of a restaurant for lunch. Disappointing. More than disappointing.

I went to the takeout service and the person who took my order seemed to be not in a very good. Perhaps because of the Christmas otherwise the food was great coffee was hot sandwich was hot but I wasn't really impressed with her attitude.
