Honestly, I love their menu but the service and respect for orders have been poor for some time now...every time you order a poutine with pepper sauce it's either a normal sauce...or they added pepper in the sauce ....frankly if I wanted an addition of pepper I would manage...they make us pay the extra price for this sauce but ultimately it's the original sauce...I went to show them and all they did was us showing their pot of sauce with a few cracked peppercorns ?without offering us anything and not explaining as if everything was normal...I told them that they seemed to have added pepper...our pogos were overcooked too ...they are sitting on their popularity as a snack but if it continues like this and not respecting orders they will lose customers because it happens to us often and friends of ours who go there also it happens to them!!! Also my daughter had gone a few days before and she had ordered a grilled cheese which apparently is excellent and she received a cheese sandwich ??? without extra bacon…to order that in a restaurant it must be because they are worth worth it...I'm quite disappointed because since their arrival at this place there has always been something!!! Get over yourself Courteau!!

Breakfast poutines: potatoes tasted like oil, huge lack of sauce, burnt sausages and the ham tasted a little weird. My partner and I had the same impression of spoiled taste and we weren't even together when we ate our poutines (2 for 1 on Uber). We talked about it afterwards and I was surprised that he too had found that the ham tasted stale! My 1 and a half year old daughter ate it and she vomited 6 times that night.. maybe a coincidence, gastro, but still the doubt of intoxication is there! I give 3 stars because my previous experiences were good.

Nous retournons tout simplement la poutine en question et on nous montre le chaudron de sauce en disant que c'est la sauce aux poivre et que c'est tout. Aucune discussion possible même si ce n'était pas notre première fois et que nous connaissons la différence.....

I really liked the poutine with really good and fresh cheese! The base price is a bit expensive, but there are promos and coupons that are definitely worth it.On the other hand, it would be good if they explained in their menu what the ingredients of the signature poutines are, otherwise it's difficult to guess everything just from the photos. For example, my poutine had a sweet BBQ type sauce, and having known that I might not have had that one. But it was still excellent!
