The service is flawless! The personal is polite and beaming, even outside of open hours, and the ice cream is something you would happily develop diabetes from; it's just that good.
Fantastic place, delicious chocolate.. but whatever you do, when you go to order your ice cream, choose your size, then decide to go with two sizes down. It may look like a normal ice cream but once it's dipped in their awesome Willy Wonka Factory-style chocolate it'll be three times more than that in richness - which is good - especially if you inherited your Grandfather's sweet tooth (ahem). Love their icecream dipped in chocolate. They also sell their chocolates to make your own fondue at home. Not a big fan of their other desserts as most of their baked goods are not done in store but are frozen and reheated in a microwave oven.
