This is an educational restaurant so you have to be aware that it is students, people in training who make the food and the service. However, I have never been disappointed, the food has always been incredibly good and quality and the service excellent. I recommend because it's all about a dining experience and you learn about food at the same time and when you go once you can't help but go back.
