I will share the inconvenience I experienced while eating at the drive-thru on January 17 around 6:30 p.m. The young woman who took my order, a simple poutine, without any beverage or anything, dared to ask me while handing me the interac payment device, if "I added an additional amount?"... I was stunned! This madness of almost forcing people to pay a tip for EVERYTHING, even when there is no SERVICE provided per se... she passes me a poutine through the drive-thru window... and asks me this with this smug look... I found it so rude. So unexpected. Seriously, the bosses should better manage their young, rude employees who don't seem to understand that the tip is given as part of a SERVICE and above all, that it should always be voluntary on the part of the customer, not requested by the clerk. drive-thru, with a smug air...disappointment. We've reached where... being asked to directly add an amount of money loud and clear before handing us the Interac... never seen that.

The freshness and quality of the ingredients are excellent.The bacon is crispy and tasty, the lettuce is fresh, the tomatoes are delicious without being too juicy (for a club sandwich). The cheese curds are excellent, the fries are good and the sauce is superb.Same thing for the milkshake, delicious.However, a club sandwich without mayonnaise. No sachets nearby either... a bit ordinary (dry not bad) then 1/4 of my club had 0 chicken. (Nothing at the bottom of the plate either).Replace the fries for a baby poutine for $8.20. we already pay for fries at the club price of $18.95.. so you pay $8.20 for a container, 0.60¢ of sauce and 125g of cheese.. that's a pretty thief.The burger comes with black bread... it tastes more burnt than meat... a bit of a shame.In reality, I like the Victoria cheese shop but this order was really disappointing.

Took half a chicken salad with thinly sliced chicken compressed style, mass iceberg lettuce, a little cucumber, chilli and grated carrots. A jar of Heinz style mayo on the side... great for mixing this up ? and 16 dollars plus tax later. It's rare that I comment but people are making fun of us so I don't recommend the place except for the cleanliness.
