I asked for a brown sauce poutine on the side to take away and when I got home, I realized that they gave me a bbq sauce. I came back to exchange my sauce, but the cashier said she was going to start a new order and I could keep the first one. While waiting at a table, she came back to take my bag in front of me and exchanged my first order for the new one. I asked if I could keep the other one like she originally told me, since I had to drive back and wait a second time because of their mistake. They refused and said they were going to throw away the poutine. I know they just wanted to keep my poutine to eat…Plus, I have to leave a tip before I even receive my order. I left 15% for them to take my order, package it and make a mistake. Very disappointing customer service at the Victoria in Trois-Rivières Ouest...

A very good place for poutine loaded with the of best Skouik skouik cheese.About the toping of the carnivore poutine :I did find the beef a bit sweetThe bacon bits was top quality, salty and smoky.I tried the regular sauce (doux) which was a classic brown gravy, flavourful and you can’t go wrong with it.Also tried the pepper sauce and that one was the winner for me ! I would really recommend that one if you’re fanThe mac and cheese are extra cheesy ! Didn’t like much the bread crouton inside
