Charming cafe in the center of Trois Rivières. A limited menu but in a good way - they do a few things and they all are good. Choice of soup, sandwich, salad and a special plat du jour. Both sandwich and salad have the same three options - ham, chicken, or a vegetable pate. Bread is baked in house and is a delicious chewy ciabatta type. The good reviews were spot on! This place is really cool and a great place for lunch. I believe it's family owned and they were all working hard. They have sandwiches and salads. The day we went the specia was Crêpe jambon-fromage and it was delicious! It came with a side salad and was the perfect lunch. They have a nice outside seating area, but you can also eat inside. I would highly recommend trying out this spot!

Ce serait péché de ne pas y aller. Le sacristain est au coeur de notre estomac et du centre-ville trifluvien pour se délecter, prendre le temps de vivre dans une ambiance différente, avec une nourriture légère recherchée et avec une qualité de clients recherchant une expérience pour figer le temps. Amen-z-en des plats du sacristain...sacristi !
