More and more disappointed. The portions are made really smaller. The chicken is also small. The cooking of the chicken was not satisfactory, it was very dry, I even had to throw away some bits and I am far from being a person who throws away food. Way too expensive for what we get.

The worst experience we had in Trois-Rivières 80 minutes of waiting, obviously everything is cold, poorly packaged, the rice hard, almost raw and they forgot to send us the fries. Over the phone the employee told us that if the order is placed online there is nothing they can do and you have to accept what is delivered and in our case accept that some of the food you paid for is missing.As far as I know, it's called THEFT.

Very very disappointed with my experience with you, waiting over 35 minutes for two chef's choices. Frankly it doesn't look good and it's not because there were a lot of people. There were only 3 people before me. And in addition 3 people arrived after me and got their order. On top of that, the cook was in tabarnak and didn't stop talking. No excuses for the wait or anything. A great earner who doesn't know how to live and do their job. I've even seen unfinished meals where everyone put their thing down when they finished eating and there were pieces of chicken almost untouched because it wasn't cooked at all. Last time I came here total lack of professionalism.

Super nice restaurant, beautiful location, but on the other hand the health, the management…. To begin with we ordered at the counter, but just before ordering we were looking at the menu and an employee arrived with the tray of tokens from the liquor machine and said to an employee "give them over and she will count them" 'an arrogant look and tone! Secondly, we can see in the kitchen so it would be GREATLY appreciated that there is a minimum of sanitation…. She packs our boxes while eating fries……..fingers in her mouth=CONTAMINATION!! Just for having seen this I won't go again and I don't even want to imagine what we don't see... arkk

I am satisfied with the cooking and the portions that I put in the boxes, the only thing I deplore is that they often forget to put the coleslaw and put two sauces instead. The service when we arrive must be improved.

Peut-être dire à vos employés de pas traiter les clients comme des menteurs quand ils ce donne la peine de revenir et demander poliment d'avoir ce pour quoi ils ont payer parce que vos employés ont faites une erreur. Ça va permettre de pas perde plus de clients, suggestion comme ça. Moi je ne reviendrai plus chez vous, c'est certain. L'expérience la plus insultante que j'ai vécu dans un restaurant. Des plates excuses et même pas de la personne qui m'a traiter de menteur, c'est tout ce que j'ai eu pour cette insulte. Extrêmement déçu, j'adorais vos restaurants.
