Unfortunately, I got sick after eating an undercooked dumpling. Yes, you read that correctly, an undercooked meatball. I am attaching photos of the uncleanliness of the restaurant that I visited. The floor was sticky, there was trash all over the floor and on the tables, the trash cans were overflowing, there were fingerprints in the windows, the employees were pretty sloppy about carrying the net and there was even a dead bird in the parking lot.I have been waiting since March 17 for someone to respond to me with no news from McDonald's except an automatic email that someone would contact me within 5 days... which did not happen. I'm as lucky that he contacted me as I am that I got the exact order at the drive-thru...I'm old enough to have experienced the good times of McDonalds where you didn't wait 20 minutes to get your order, in fact if it exceeded 5 minutes we were entitled to a free meal voucher.This McDonald's is like a degenerative cancer, it's sad because the owner spent a lot of time redoing the entire restaurant which I believe I found better before. He disguised the restaurant as a fire station.... who had this bad idea, it's cold, impersonal and uncomfortable and ugly, in addition to being unclean.Disappointed......

Kitchen often cold, service is difficult, we don't really understand what the employees say at the after-sales service. We very rarely get greeted with a smile, parking VS drive-thru is hell, especially during peak periods.Parking: Too small, on a one-way, difficult to enter and difficult to exit! The after-sales service is in the same place as the parking lot, and the cars are intermingled, it's stupid how this is thought of.
