The chicken was full of oil and it was disgusting. The service is good. However it comes back to their old custom the tables are still dirty, too bad it's a brand new restaurant. In my opinion in restoration there are 2 priorities customer service and cleanliness at this rate it will not stay beautiful for long ?

Hier, le 15-02-2024, ma famille et moi sommes allé manger au PFK de Trois-Rivières. Nous avions commandé en ligne pour être certain que notre repas soit prêt lors de notre arrivée. Cependant, ce n'était pas le cas, la commande a été reçu 1 heure après notre arrivée. De plus, un de mes enfants et moi-même avons été malade par la suite.... PFK plus jamais pour nous.

I ordered online in advance so that it would be ready at 5 p.m. and I received my order at 6 p.m. It was 3 sandwich croques. I complained about the delay several times and was asked to be patient. After 40 minutes I was told there was only 6 minutes of cooking left. I waited another 20 minutes. When I got my order, two biscuits and gravy were missing. The restaurant was almost empty by the way. Two other customers also waited almost an hour like me. No one apologized for the delay and they gave me my order by dropping it off abruptly.

Went this evening for a sandwich and waited an hour. There were additional items missing from my order! When I said it they were stupid with me. they didn't even apologize for the waiting time. It's freshly renovated and the floor is already slippery with grease, that promises...If I could give no stars I would.
