There is no option for 2.5 stars. I know pizza hut is not gonna read this one as they didn't care about the previous customers' comments. I don't wanna say a lot but kindly know the difference between the chicken wings and bites. I ordered wings and got the useless bites. Pizza was v good but rest of order was not. 50-50.

2 stars because I like pizza. Minus 3 stars because they never answer the phone and they accept order after 10pm but never delivered it.We had to show up and work our way to a refund and while waiting the phone rang 3-4 times and the dudes who could pick it up were talking about video games while not wearing their mask in front of our food.

I go through all the trouble to order and then get pass the payment and then they tell me they don't deliver in my area..Good one Pizza Hut!! You wasted 15 minutes ..I could of had my food elswhere ,quicker ,had you told me you dont deliver in my area before I fill everything out.

Great service, buffet is not stocked fast enough, cinnamon rolls were dry.
Expensive and when I last ordered the pizza was cold, and it had been shaken up by the delivery guy so my pizza was a total mess. I made a complaint and recieved no compensation or free replacement. Terrible at customer care/satisfaction

Got told at 8pm a Thursday when the restaurant closes at 10pm that they don't deliver any more.And when we do get delivery, takes more then 1h30 every time.

Food and service was OK. No wine whatsoever might be a dealbreaker for some since it is on the menu. They were also missing sauces for their chicken wings and none of this was crossed off the menu. We were also brought very spicy sauce when we ordered honey garlic, one of the mildest ones. Not sure if this place is closing or changing management but needless to say my family won't be returning to this location. I was no longer surprised by how many empty seats there were in the restaurant on a weekday evening.

We went in to try the lunch buffet and there was nothing left. I had to ask for a slice of cheese pizza. They never brought out any more pasta or salad or chicken or dessert. It was only 12:30pm.
