I asked the waitress 3 times if it was going to happen soon, after 30 min and 45 min, still nothing. I'm not criticizing the waitress, as she seemed as discouraged as we were. On the other hand, she told us after 1h25 that we would have 15% and that it was going to happen (the first time she mentioned this was after 30 minutes). I told him that if it didn't happen within 5 minutes, we were going to leave because it's really unacceptable. Telling me that there was a “traffic jam” in the kitchen when our table neighbors received their poutine 15 minutes before we left, and they arrived after us, is unjustifiable. They were even discouraged for us. We ordered poutine, not a 5-course gourmet meal after all. In short, after 1:30 we got up to leave, even though the owner had been warned by the waitress of the situation. He saw us get up, clearly looked at me and didn't even have the respect to come and apologize. Too bad, I literally never do restaurant reviews, but this time I wanted to warn you that you will have to be patient. We were really looking forward to trying their poutine, but honestly, we won't be going back.
