It's been a long time since we've been to Stratos. Unfortunately it will be the last. My daughter's pizza was not completely cooked and ours was raw (not cooked at all)! This is the first time I've been to a pizza restaurant that serves raw pizza! Luckily they re-cooked the pizza and we got a discount. They have a serious quality problem and reading the other comments, it seems quite common.

I receive an incomplete order, I call to correct it, I am told that the missing item will be delivered to me as a priority. 45 mins. later, still not received. So I paid for an item that I will not have. Thanks Stratos.Check your orders.

Very warm atmosphere. Fast and impeccable service, both in the dining room and in delivery. The food arrives hot at home and the plates are always very well prepared in the dining room, hats off?Everything you would expect from Stratos pizzeria.
The waitress not even able to select two items like people. We repeated even with her and the person who gave us our order and he is not even able to know what we took in order to validate (written on the ticket). One order is correct although the quality is average and the other is not good.Didn't have time to complain.Instead of being stupid, at least try not to say that it's the right command when it's not.

I called back because there was something rancid, "moldy" meal, I thought it was the rice, but they denied it and said they made it the same day. I explained that I had to throw away the $25 dish. I was offered a loan. When I called back for an order and asked for my credit, they offered me $5! ....for the rice!I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager said he didn't have time to talk to me! I requested a return call, ...I still have no return call.....more than 4 days later.It's over for me, already it's bad and very expensive, but this is the worst. I don't understand how they can charge us the total and also laugh at us like that. ***The hostess has always been very pleasant, she remains courteous and tries to find solutions to satisfy us. She informs me of the restaurant's decision while remaining neutral, not taking a position. 10/10 For the rest it's 0/10

The young waitress seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was empty. Unable to get the order I wanted due to lack of stock. The main meal was served without even collecting the starter plates. No desire to go back.Parking: The delivery cars parked so crookedly that we had no safe place for our car.
