ThaiZone offers a clean environment and friendly service, but their food quality is lacking. The Pad Sew noodles were undercooked, resembling plastic in texture. The fried dumplings seemed like standard frozen grocery store fare, heated up in a microwave. Overall, the dining experience was undermined by these culinary shortcomings.

Dishes delivered to your home last night were extremely disappointing: pasta overcooked and cut into small pieces, apparently recooked portions from a previous customer, tasteless soups with an ingredient that was not fresh (vomiting). We are regulars at Thai Zone, but over time we have noticed a regular deterioration in quality, too bad, we really liked this brand, but it is time for us to find another supplier of Asian dishes.

The cashier was smiling and gave good service but for the rest. The rice was cold because the lid of the cooker was left open all the time. The one who cooked the food was stupid and put me down the most while stuffing. It took us a little over 20 minutes to receive our order.
