I don't even dare think about it.Lack of stability in the poke portions: bowl sometimes full, other times 2/3 or less... We went there every month, for poke and sushi for around $140 (large family). The food is good. But we are often disappointed because of that.Slightly strange approach to the chain's customer experience department in a previous situation. Long hair in a poke, super stupid clerk for no reason and error in the order made online (I had returned home and the restaurant was closed, so impossible to rectify): I was told ok I'll talk to the manager of district !For the customer who is disappointed, does that really change anything, do you think? I had the impression that the customer experience person was a chatbot.

Take a $55 tray of 30 pieces so that the majority of sushi is filled with cheap pollock. Disappointing honestly, because the detailed list of sushi made it seem like there would be a variety.It was our last time.

The employees are pleasant but we paid $50 for a box of sushi which made us feel queasy and a pokebowl which consisted of rice, panko and salad with mayo. Absolutely disappointing and a real joke. Prices are exorbitant for very substandard

The nigiri rice nests did not hold together, they separated into 2-3 pieces just by trying to pick them up with your fingers. But otherwise, very fresh produce, it was delicious!

Excellent fresh sushi; you will need to wait about 10-15 mins which i dont mind since it's made fresh. Was in the area for business. It's jewel in the area for sushi. Will definitely visit again on every business trip.

Poisson mauvais. Nous sommes 3 à avoir goûté le pokebol et le saumon était vraiment pas bon. Les 2 employés n'ont rien voulu entendre. Service médiocre. Nous ne reviendrons jamais ici. En espérant ne pas être malade.
Grand fan de nigiri grillé, je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de prendre ceux proposer par Yuzu, quel fut ma surprise lorsque je vois mes nigiri calciner. Bref je leur ai laissé un message et toujours aucune nouvelle. Vu le prix aussi ça sera la première et la dernière fois que je vais chez Yuzu!
