I had a bad ant experience when picking up TimBits (see below in parentheses for the original review) I received a response asking me to contact customer service by phone. What I have done. They really took the complaint seriously and the next day procedures were started to clean the restaurant. I received a call from the owner who took it professionally and even offered me timbits and coffee to compensate me and thanked me for reporting it. The drive-thru is very slow. I have no problem with employees talking to each other while they work, although I encourage it to keep a holy spirit at work, but when the customer arrives at the window to pay, it's time to stop the conversation and take 5 seconds to serve it. In my last 3 orders 2 were done incorrectly. I understand it's Tim Hortons and the bar is already low, but come on guys
