Food was good but atmosphere sucks. The restaurant is shabby, the bathroom is horrible. Franchisor Amir should intervene immediately to get this restaurant back on track.

My encounter with Amir Shawarma left much to be desired. Regrettably, the customer service exhibited a lack of warmth and attentiveness, coupled with an organizational deficit. The meat portions in both the mix sandwich and mix plate were notably inadequate, with thinly shredded chicken failing to meet the anticipated standards of quantity and quality.Frustrating!

Terrible customer service. We are looked at with contempt and they mumble in their language.

So disappointed with the service (new administration) lady does not understand French nor does she speak very well. The boss has difficulty expressing himself either. The time for my small order took over 20 minutes. What can we say about shistaook sandwiches pffff a real joke. There was more pita bread than chicken and everything else. Let's talk about potatoes, I usually love them. They were so spicy that it burned my mouth. Worth going to either Vaidreuil or Ile Perrot. So disappointed I won't go there again!

The food had no taste and in addition to it being inedible I found a dead fly in the garlic sauce. I do not recommend this restaurant, worst restaurant!

Very disappointed with the new administration. The garlic sauce tasted nothing, the potatoes not edible, dry and cooked with old oil, dry rice and not capable of being served in French. I'm going back to Île-Perrot.

Make sure you check your food at restaurant . They give half cook rice and chicken.
I used the toogoodtoogo app where you’re supposed to get the end of night food options at a discounted price. The value of each meal was 21$ . I always give a restaurant 3 chances before making a review and I hardly ever do . But this was ridiculous. If you’re going to give people your trash or scraps because it’s at a discount then don’t do it at all . I ordered over 6 total meals and 4 out of 6 were without question ready for trash . I suggest that they remove themselves from that application. And I do not suggest anyone order from them through any discount service. They will without a doubt treat you like it . Maybe they would have treated us better if we payed full price but I’ll never know . Go to the Amir near st Charles instead much better service

Not as good as it was a year or two ago. Doesn't look particularly clean. Display cases were streaky where washcloths had been passed. The woman serving me scooped potatoes out of the serving tray, put them back, and proceeded to pick out and discard some pieces of potato with her fingers. I assume she deemed them unsuitable. She had no gloves on and had been touching many things before serving me and had not washed her hands. I will choose another Amir next time.

Since this place is under new management (some time during 2023) it's become the worst Amir. You walk through the door and already feel like you are bothering them. Meantime the woman behind the counter is sitting there on her phone, legs up and doesn't bother getting up. The food is handed out on a budget now - the sandwich is half the portion it used to be and you're charged extra for parsley! Not recommended.
