Exactly what you'd expect if you'd been to a Boston Pizza before.Average food, decent service. There's lots of choices, it's family friendly and the bar is great.

Although we were not asked if we wanted drinks while we were waiting for the third person in our group, we all ordered pizzaghetti and it was delicious.

Food was bland all around.The pasta is over cooked, the sauce was bland.Chicken sandwich was equally bland.Our plates were never picked up. I finished the beer, she asked if I wanted another one. I declined and instead of taking the glass she left it.When she finished our meals, she asked if we wanted anything else. We declined and still left everything there on the table.Why isn't someone picking something up?The toilets were nasty. Floors super sticking with piss. The toilet is full of paper on/in/off the bowl.For a $70+ meal, make an effort.This is now on my ban list

I was torn on this rating between giving a 5 or 3. I decided it was a 4 because the manager did give us a free pitcher of lemonade... otherwise it would've been a 3. It was my grad and when we got there to celebrate, they told us it would be a 30 mins wait so, I asked if we could go on the terrace. The little boy helping the host said no problem and he went to unlock it for us. The kitchen manager came to greet us and gave us a lemonade pitcher on the house. Not long after the dining room manager came to see us and said she'd find us a table right away because there were empty tables inside. We went in and it took forever for the waitress to come see us but, that was acceptable as the place was full. We placed our order about half an hour before the rest of our party arrived. We got our food not long after their arrival. However it took forever for the waitress to come take their order. What was even more disappointing is that it took forever for them to get their food so, I had my son share his pizza with my nephew. I'd have to tell you don't order the jambalaya there. Because even after the eternity for the rest of the party to be served it took over half an hour before my sister got her jambalaya. It's always the case when you order the jambalaya. My sister always orders this and it always reaches over half an hour after everyone else's food. Unless you don't mind to wait and see the others eat in front of you and have them wait an eternity after they have finished eating for you to eat. Once we were done, the rest of the party left and, we stayed so that I can order fried pickles and cactus potatoes for take out since I had given my potatoes to the kids. It took forever. In between ordering them and receiving them it took at least half an hour and, by then the restaurant was empty. There was us and a table of young adults that were just ordering alcoholic beverages. The wait was way too long considering the restaurant was empty. I went to find out if I could at least pay while we waited... question of saving time. The waitress said sorry it's taking so long but they wanted to make sure your pickles are ready at the same time as the potatoes. When ordering the food I made a point of telling the waitress to pls put it in a plastic take out dish for it not to get soggy. When I got home the pickles were in the plastic container. However they were completely soggy because someone thought it'd be smart to put salad under them so, I winded up having to put them in the air fryer. The cactus potatoes (they're kind of like homemade chips) were completely burnt. I wonder how that happened ?. If I was told it was taking longer cause they wanted to make sure the pickles would be ready at the same time ?. I'm no chef but, someone should've stopped cooking the potatoes once they started getting too crispy and burnt.Parking: Throughout the years have never had problems finding parking in their parking lot. Even when they have big events ex.: kids eat free I. September or, on NHL hockey nights.Kid-friendliness: They have free WiFi, they offer them a paper to color on with wax crayons. They have good child menu that tastes good... except the spaghetti, it doesn't taste good. They have good kids promotions: September kids eat Free on weekends, they sell 5$ cards where kids get to enjoy 5 free meals. However I have to say the paper and crayon thing is a downgrade. Before they had a table in the front reserved for children with a bunch of coloring books and crayons. At a point after that they were even doing themed arts & crafts on the weekend for children. This is why I say the paper and crayon is a downgrade.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Dirty bathrooms, very slow service but staff was nice , had to get them to correct bill to get the kids eat free promo . Girlfriend had Mac and cheese we where both not impressed but my pizza was very good .

Awful awful awful... We went to BP Vaudreuil because my husband heard their promo on radio - Kids eat free in September. When we got there the restaurant seemed dirty and run down, stuff on the floor etc. The service was awful, I understand there are staffing problems everywhere, but this was beyond anything I've experienced. We were sitting 30 mins before anybody came to offer us a drink. I had a few standard questions: What is the soup of the day? How does the kid’s promo work? The waiter had no clue, he left to find out the answers and didn't come back for another 30 mins. Finally, we ordered, we were 5 ppl in the group, and they completely forgot my son's meal. After *****2 hrs***** of waiting, my 4-year-old son still didn’t have his meal, we were all so tired decided to leave and pick up a happy meal from McDonalds for him on the way home. We asked to speak to the manager and guess who it was… Our kid waiter?!?! He was apologetic but did very little to fix the problem. He said he wouldn't charge us for the kids which was useless because they were already eating for! And he gave us a small discount on our meals. Meals were subpar at best. The whole experience was horrible and we will never go back.

The service was good, the best thing to get here is the pizza! They could use an update of the restaurant and the bathrooms could be clean much better. Overall it was an alright experience. A great place to grab a pizza with the family!Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring kids

We were around 2.30 pm. We were waiting 5 minutes at the door, nobody came to bring us to table, so we dicided to choose ourself one. Another 10 minutes there, we checked the menus, waiting, nobody ahow up. 4 tables were ocupied in that time. At the end we decided to go to another place, we found rwsto N.900, good option. Very disappointed for pizza boston. I cannot understand how can keep up with this service.

Spent 100$ pizza wasn't cooked properly and the dough wasn't fresh. Portions were big but the quality wasn't there.

We ordered delivery 2 weeks ago and we were missing items and the food we did receive was disappointing.We went to dine in last night and we left disappointed again.It feels as if employees and Management if any has given up on that restaurant.Wife had a chicken pasta dish, it had 5 small pieces of chicken.I had Memphis burger, tiny piece of chicken with barely and spicy flavor.Kids had 2 x thai chicken bites, small dry pieces of chicken on shredded salad, no bed of crunchy noodles. And 2 x Bandera bread, they have gotten smaller and no more crispy Parmesan cheese.
