Got the text saying my order was in its way so I went and stood in the window for 20 minutes and it never showed up. I called back and the obnoxious woman on the phone tried to tell me the driver had been to my apartment and knocked 3 times, even tried to call me all the while I was looking out waiting for my order. They then tell me my order is being resent even though this invisible delivery driver was at my place already and it was on its way. 5 minutes after this call, the lady called me back on MY CELL PHONE and asked me what my phone number was! The number she just dialled to call me! So after a brief exchange with her, the delivery driver calls me and says “your number was wrong on the app”….. so you mean to tell me that the number I was sent a text too from the app saying my order was on its way and it’s a text message I received, was wrong? I think I’m more entertained by the sheer stupidity of the woman and delivery driver than I am angry that I never got my order! Nonetheless I’ll never be calling dominos in Vaudreuil again! Rant over!

Really disappointed with my order from March 3. It offers pizzas at 50% off $$ but they only contain 50% products. I don't know who gave the training to the young man who made my 2 pizzas (16 inches)? Both were missing sauce, I asked for Brooklyn pepperoni and extra cheese; I've seen it done, adding just 4-5 slices of pepperoni and a thin handful of cheese! I don't know how hot the pizza oven was, but I noticed, and not just mine, that they came out dark and overcooked. Not sure I'll go back. THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN DEIGN TO CONTACT ME. I EVEN WROTE TO DOMINO'S CANADA; I received an acknowledgment of receipt saying that they would contact me within 3-4 days but NIET no follow-up from them.

Pizza was ordered via internet, when I arrived at Dominoes the food was hot and ready to go. The staff was friendly and very professional manner! A real pleasure and easy to use app made for a very nice way to get a quick diner.
