Overpriced. Fish and Chips is overcooked fish with Tostitos, had to order fries separately. Ribs were good quality poorly cooked. Sauce was slathered on after cooking and was almost tasteless. Speaking about fries, they were dark and raw inside, when I sent them back, I was served even darker fries but still raw inside. Asked for lemon wedges for ribs, got lime slices. Friday night at 7pm place was virtually empty so no rush or pressure on the kitchen. So no excuse for bad cooking. The calamari appy wasn’t bad, but it was mostly small pieces. Service was excellent, however I felt sorry for the staff that had to serve this poorly cooked food. For a “smokehouse” this was a total disappointment as myself and my guest didn’t finish our plates. When we asked for Manager, he wasn’t there and “might be back soon”!

I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The waitresses are nice, but the food is literally terrible. The drinks are overpriced and the food even more so. 3/4 of the people at the tables did not like their dish. Lack of light, very loud music despite the lack of customers. In short, it was my first time and the last. PLUS the toilets were a 1/5 star. No soap in the dispensers, the cabin door does not close and the hand dryer hangs from the wall by the wires.

The restaurant had 5 tables occupied and the food took 40 minutes to come out. Fries and poutine were COLD, the chicken burger was the same as any chicken burger from the grocery store. Very expensive (100$ for 2 people) and the food was not edible.

Phew the comments are quite strong...well honestly those who follow me know that I'm going to say the real facts ;)For me and my girlfriend it was really good!!We sat at a table alone last night.. we were kindly served by a barmaid..My girlfriend ordered beef tartare which she savored and loved.The music was good and the dj was smiling and greeting us.The boss or manager even came to see us at the end of the evening and I even congratulated him for the good service received for the first time at this place.So overall a very good experience at this place..I gave it a 4/5 for the service because the two girls were overwhelmed but the girl who served us was smiling

Well, this was definitely an interesting place. I thought it would be playing country music, but it was club music, which I don't mind either. I just figured country bar country music it was kind of strange. The service was a little slow, and they never really cleaned the tables, as in the photo. Also, a fight happened when we were there. Still, it wasn't the worst place. It was certainly an experience.

i wasn't impressed by the service at all and they didn't want to give me the table i wanted because they wanted to fill the tables in front of the windows.. it was 7pm on a Saturday and there was barely any customers, they could've given me the table instead of sitting me where i didnt feel comfortable. (poorly managed)compared to other jack saloon this one wasn't really good and the atmosphere isn't as nice..it's more the type of place you hang out out a bit and get some beers..

Take your time drinking your beer because even after an hour of waiting, nothing...and once my meal arrived, no utensils and still nothing to drink. I really thought about going to the nearby convenience store to get something to drink because probably even if the restaurant was practically empty the waitress ignored our request because she was too busy. First time in my life that I begged to be served.

I will never go back there. The poor waitress was alone for the entire place, so obviously the service was incredibly long and incomplete! Very bad experience, I sincerely hope that the owner will take the time to review his management and the kind of service he wants to provide in his establishment. If you don't have enough employees, you go home or you close!

A total flop! The waitress was alone on a Friday evening…? I'll let you imagine, terrible service; we only ordered one round of drinks because the second one ordered never arrived... anyway the service was so long we had lost interest..In addition to the atrocious service, the plates were not set up properly (lack of accompaniment in 4/7 plates...) no salt, condiments, utensils on the table...I saw people leaving the restaurant this evening without being served… we should have done the same.The waitress apologized but didn't offer us anything in compensation... totally ruined evening.
