We have been going there for years! They are the most welcoming family and they have a wonderful staff. Their food is not fancy but very good, from their soups to their wraps and a great selection of salads.Their desserts are great. It’s a wonderful place to meet friends for a coffee/biscotti. We love this place.
Great spot. Gotta try the smoked salmon pitas. Got to meet a pleasant person working there. Her names was Chantal, she new so much and her recommendations made my visit even better.

We came across this place by chance while out shopping.We went to our favourite sushi shop in the Vaudreuil shopping area but it was closed and right beside it was La Prep.' Not expecting much from the sandwiches they were offering on their menu for take out I ordered their Turkey wraps.Their wraps and sandwiches came with a choice of either a salad or a soup and I chose a Thai soup which was a Ginger Turmeric Squash Soup.
