I've come here at least 3 times, and all 3 times the service has been horrible. I kept thinking it was going to be a one time thing but I was wrong. The staff is not welcoming nor friendly at all. They all look half asleep. This time around we waited 10 minutes to get greeted and have water brought to us. We ordered take out and my sandwich was beef shawarma It was not beef shawarma it was cabbage shawarma Never have I eaten beef shawarma full of cabbage only to find a little beef at the end of the sandwich after I was disgusted with the cabbage Bustan has deteriorated Ma salama Bustan

Terrible when you walk in nobody accommodates you and tells you won't be long you just stand there like an idiot and everybody is staring at you...i got yelled at because i kept going up to the waitress to tell her our concerns cus she kept walking passed us not paying any attention when we called her. I CANT BELIEVE I TIPPED HER
