Very poor service, it's as if they've never seen what a lunchtime "Rush" is....completely disorganized and unhelpful to customers! In the 20 mins of waiting I had to receive my order, I had time to analyze and notice the lack of smiles and the abruptness of the employees towards customers as well as towards themselves. During all this waiting, the fries and croquettes were soft and lukewarm and the burgers were almost cold!

I dont think ive ever been to a McDonald's where all the employees are smiling so much. I didnt order any food, just a coffee so I cant talk about the food, but the service and ambiance was impressive, especially considering we are talking about a fast food chain here.
