We are a muslim family and ordered a meal which contains bacon unknowingly. This lady, from another faith, approached us a few seconds later informing us that it contained bacon. Seriously??? Past 3 times we ordered, ask for house dressing .. not given!! Tonight specifically said “ last 3 times house salad dressing not given, she will not eat the salad (that would cost us 7.00 instead of 24.00) if she does not have your dressing!” They replied (yet again) “ don’t worry, you will have our house dressing “.. well, checked it when delivered, NOT the house dressing, driver promised to come back, didn’t.. called and was tols a manager would call back.. didn’t..

Not a fan of the staff here. They ignore you for 10+ minutes pretending to be busy meanwhile lines form for dinning. Food was decent. Wouldn't go back though.

We had a coupon on our smartphone that we found on the website of this Saint-Hubert location. As soon as i mentioned it to the cashier, she tells us that the coupon is only for takeouts. I tell her that i got it from there website and that it is for a dine-in. So i show it to her on my phone, from there website. One of her colleagues come and tell us that the coupon has to be printed. I say that it is not mentioned on there website, and so why is it available online? Plus, not everyone owns a printer, and with the mindset of saving trees, most of things are now done electronically. She tells me that they tried to scan it from a phone yesterday and it did not work. So i insist very much that she tries to scan it from my phone. After insisting, they finally do and the coupon does work. She then proceeds to leave and call for another colleague that will come and tell us as well that there superior requires that the coupon be printed out. This was all totally ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

Take out today August 9, 2021 The chicken is normally excellent. But not today, the chicken was way too oily and fat…My chicken breast was bathing in oil…so were my fries inside the cardboard box…bathing into the oil of the chicken. Oh! and please! take off that weird flat burger bun top off the boxes! That thing becomes soggy after few mins in the box while we bring it home… The sauce was half way into the little cups too. I did not have much fries aa i get normally either… i don’t know what is going on but it was not the usual quality…
Horrible service. They make everyone that goes through the drive thru park in the front and wait. I ordered and salad and waited over 20 minutes....

The service & the food is EXCELLENT i highly recommend this restaurant i have had alot of bad experiences with Uber Eats & other restaurants in the Vaudreuil but not St Hubert the service is very fast they dont make mistakes & the food is also very good more people in Vaudreuil should start ordering from here & not the other restaurants! VERY SATISFIED!

The food is good for a fast food ! They make a good chicken ! Unfortunately, delivery services is absolute garbage. They never get the order right. Always missing something. They’re is no quality control in the kitchen and isn’t so clean:(My wife called last night to let them know they’re was a mistake in the order AGAIN !Here’s the manager answer:« I don’t have time to talk to you now »
