We were visiting from Toronto and were so excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately it was a complete letdown. Seemed like our server (blonde hair, glasses, male) prioritized all other tables over ours. We saw 4 other tables who came after us get served even though we ordered first. All the server had to say was it was because everyone ordered all at once causing a delay, which made zero sense because we came and ordered well before them. A whole hour passed when we finally got our food and it was cold and lacked flavour. What the menu described each order to be was not at all what we got! Will not be returning.

We ordered veal meatballs as the appetizer, 1 spaghetti bolognaise, 1 pizza prosciutto/arugula, 1 pizza sausage & mushrooms. Everything was good, the pizza was more of an oval flatbread. Service excellent however the oval flatbread pizzas are very small and not worth the 24.00$. The spaghetti bolognaise was a decent size. To finished our meal we ordered a bowl of Cafe Latte! All of this for 100.00$.Parking: In a shopping mall area.

The waiter forgot to bring the bottle of wine we ordered. When asked, he says there are none left. We choose another wine, there is none left.The carbonara was cold and mushy. I asked for another plate. It was still cold (colder than the pasta my partner had already been eating for 10 minutes). I asked a 3rd time, they brought me back my plate which was reheated in the microwave: my pepper, parmesan and egg yolk were still on the plate which had been reheated. The waiter told me it was a new plate, that he saw the cook start again, but that's not true.Unacceptable for a pasta restaurant.
Very disappointed with Pacini Vaudreuil. Starting with our server, he seemed disinterested in being there. He forgot simple things (my drink, the sides). There was another table or two with us. The restaurant wasn't very busy... Besides, the other waitress who probably had more seniority kept telling him what he should do... well. We move on to food. The plates arrived within a reasonable time frame. The dishes chosen: cod linguine, lasagna and spaghetti bolognese (child's plate)… all disappointing: it looked like it was food that we would make at home! The cod tasted like fish out of a frozen can! The lasagna and spaghetti sauces tasted like “Catelli” sauce! Although their bread bar was good (what's not good about a grill?!!), it lacks variety without their kind of bread. In fact, that was the only positive point. So, below average service as well as the food… this is a restaurant that I will not return to.

We reserved a table for 4 people on January 1, 2024, on the Pacini website to celebrate the new year. Since we were able to book and had confirmation and a reminder the old day, we trusted your restaurant to have a great evening.Unfortunately, upon arrival at the restaurant we noticed that it was closed.Since no restaurant was taking new reservations on January 1 at 5:30 p.m., we had to order fast food.A message would have been appreciated to avoid spoiling our first New Year's Eve.

I came today my wife and I for the first time excited to try the menu . We got assigned to a table but unfortunately we waited for 15 minutes no one served us even a cup of water . So we just took our jacket and left . Overall it was a nice environment and good decorations .
