I'm at the drive-thru and they don't even speak French to me. People speak English to me and I continue to speak French and people speak English to me. Madam tells me that there are several choices and when I arrive to pay she tells me that in the end there is nothing. I still don't understand his language. The employees do not speak any French. I've been living in Cote for 10 years and it's getting worse and worse. We don't understand anything the employees say! I wouldn't go back there again!

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I've been to this Tim Hortons, there's always a problem: missing items, wrong order. The lady who served me at the window this morning couldn't even say "hi" and "have a nice day".They people working there are generally rude. They are done getting my money. I don't recommend this place at all. Go to the one on Harwood: they mess up once in a while, but they are at least polite.

This message is more to owner attention. I have witnessed how your employees were making sandwiches. And there is nothing wrong with that. ) But, here's another problem. They did it with bare hands. No gloves, no spoons were used in the process. I will be appreciated if they would follow sanitary rules. Thank you.

This is the most useless branch in the entire Quebec and Ontario. I have been ordering from here since 2019, they figure out to messup 2 of 3 orders. They will serve wrong breakfast sandwitiches and cold coffees. If you want to return their wrong order, there is a big line. This shows how messed up this branch is. The owner should sell this and move back and open a tea shop and messup order there.

I went there twice this weekend and both times I had excellent service!! I went to the drive-thru both times and the man who worked there had a great joy of living and made me want to go back!

Staff doesn’t know how to operate. The guy who served us apparently cannot speak English or French. We tried both languages. He screwed up our order and overcharged us. In the future I’m probably better off going to another Tim’s and using the app. What’s the point in service if they can’t educate their staff. Flies all over the place, ppl stacking up in waiting. I’ve been to Tim’s in mtl, there’s a significant difference. Haven’t tried the food yet, but honestly I’m disappointed so 1 star all around

PAS de beigne, AUCUN !!! Il est 19:45. Ne parle PAS le français. Je vois qu'il reste des muffins; j'en demande 2 aux pépites de chocolat. L'employée me fait payer, puis met 2 muffins dans le sac. Pas convaincu, j'ouvre et il y a 1 aux pépites de chocolat et une AUTRE sorte. Dans un langage incompréhensible, elle dit qu'il ne restait qu'un seul aux pépites et me proposait un café !!!!! Je demande le remboursement des 2 muffins, et évidemment, je ne retournerai plus à ce "restaurant".Bonne chance.

Restaurant vide… commande soupe poulet et nouille et un club à la Tim. Commande reçue 20 minutes plus tard…:Une soupe au légumes (!) … plus de petit painLe club à la Tim; pas de sauce et une demi rondelle de tomate et la moitié de la quantité de dinde habituelle coupée en deux ‼️La porte des toilettes pour homme ne barre plus (reste juste un trou dans la porte…)La sortie de secours est barrée, l’éclairage du restaurant est lugubre ….Le pire Tim Horton jamais visité!

The manager wasn’t very nice and kept on having this toxic attitude towards her workers and shaming them. I also asked for 3 donuts and 5 hot coffees, a few of the coffees were cold and they gave us 2 donuts. I also asked for a chicken wrap without bacon since I am Muslim and they still gave me bacon even though I specifically said without.
