The service was horrible even worse the fact I was served cold tea and they thought it was acceptable. When complained for a refund the manager just placed the cup in the microwave and handed it back over like it was normal.McDonald next door is cheaper and better service and quality.Never wasting my time or money in anything Tim Hortons again.

I'd never had a bad experience at Tim's before. The place is run down and dirty, and the food is awful and badly prepared. Even the coffee and hot chocolate tasted like water. The bathrooms were dirty and out of paper.
