Food is good but employees can make mistakes with the orders , i went to both places and i found the one in Masson street better

I'm really disappointed with the last sandwiches I bought. We are not far from what they did at the start. The quality has changed. The bread has changed, the quantities of toppings have decreased. There's more bread than toppings now, but the price is still the same. They are still good, but never as good as before and now compared to other sandwich shops in town, they have lost their essence.

I’ve been a regular customer at Bossa (Verdun location) and the food has been always on point. The meat has been consistently juicy and fresh! Today, I ordered two chicken cutlet sandwiches and my whole family was so disappointed because the chicken cutlet was so thin, all dried up, almost impossible to chew… we felt like chewing dried up leather ? I don’t know if this is one time thing or the quality of the food is going down. We will see. Once having this kind of experience, it makes us hesitant to go back.

Love this place. Always busy inside but service always good. Food is always great. Especially I like eggplant parmesan and green olives.

Hands down the best sandwich in Montreal. The Verdun location is very tight, you are better off with take-out, or go to their Mason location where you have seating options. Other than that, everything is prefect and tasty!

I went for the first time with my husband and we each had a cold phyllie hoagie sandwich. Wow!!!!! excellent and what can we say about the Tiramisu.... We will come back for sure, when we are in the area.
I love you guys and I order frequently but please bring back the old bread! It had crunch, is had character, it held moisture and sauces well without getting soggy. The new one feels like a slightly better subway bread. The old one was 10/10

Not as good as it once was. Bossa was one of my favorite spots but they seem to have cut down on the ingredients and it's now sandwiches are mostly just bread... It's not bad, it's just not worth recommending anymore.
