It's a shame, because the products are excellent. The bread is excellent, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. The attendants are sometimes arrogant and lack good manners. Many times, I don't get a smile or thank you for buying from your bakery. Today, after paying, the lady simply said ok. No smiles, no thanks, no goodbyes.

Giving a 1 star review because of the service. On April 24, at 11:15am there are literally 5 employees behind the counter and only one other customer besides myself was being served. Nobody greeted me and nobody bothered tending to my service. I often come here but seriously? What are you hiring your employees for? Ridiculous. Mind you, there was just two customers at this point…
