Ordered 2 pizzas for 40$ and it came without any pizza sauce. When I called to “make it right” I was told that they needed photo evidence? What kinda restaurant treats its customers that way. Of course I ate the pizza I was hungry and I payed for it. But when I call to complain I expect some sort of customer service. Wont be ordering from here again! And I suggest you do the same. Terrible service. Waste of money. Waste of timeEdit: a week and a half after this occured. the manager called me to say that I am eligible for two free pizzas so in the end i guess they made it right. Take that information as you will

I don't know if supervisors read it or not, but please take it into consideration to make your client happy.I recently went to Domino's on Friday, November 17 at 8:21 p.m. and encountered a customer service issue. The cashier, a young man with tanned skin, was particularly rude during my visit. While I understand that everyone may have an off day, I think it is important that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect. I hope that these comments will be taken into account constructively so that future visits will be more pleasant for everyone.I don’t know if the supervisors read it or not, but please do consider it to make your client happy.I recently visited the Domino’s at Friday November 17 8:21 p.m. and encountered an issue with customer service. August 2023 I came to buy a pizza and leave. Paying by credit card, it looks like the machine is forcing you to tip. I didn't want to tip I bought a pizza no one served me at the table.I clicked cancel on the machine so as not to tip and the whole transaction was canceledthe gentleman at the checkout to type in the amount again.It looks like the machine is FORCING you to choose a tip percentage otherwise you won't be able to accept the amount.I had to give a little tip even if I didn't want to since it's not applicable in my case but I will NEVER go back to this place.
