I had a great time at McDonald’s! The ambiance was surprisingly pleasant, making my visit enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, and I was impressed by how clean the restaurant was. Additionally, the parking lot was spacious and well-maintained. Definitely one of the cleanest McDonald’s in Montreal!

Went to this McDonald's on April 19th,2024 at 2.54 pm to order a double quarter pounder trio. The coke was flat. I tell the girl at the cash who gave me an uncaring look and took it away..i waited 15 minutes to be forgotten while my meal went cold on me. After the 15 minute wait, she brings me another, tells me to test it to see if it's ok. It was flat yet again. " the ******* " she said about the other guy who prepped it.I know it's not an easy job..but I was made to feel in the way waiting forever for a problem to get resolved. They were busy with many things at once. The groups overall demeanor lacked professionalism and care. I know its a stressful job, i'm not trying to put pressure on anyone but i expect better really.She got pissed and swore about the person who re did it. As I wait by the cut out window for take out, i see drama unfold and a team of people yelling at each other about it instead or resolving my issue, there was anger in the air " you didn't change the keg, who was supposed to do that..the head manager was fuming.. bla bla bla" I waited..another 10 minutes past and i am still at the counter wondering if they'll get their act together one day..I ask "my drink?" I expained everything to the new girl who came to see me who wasn't even ready to listen..Well they forgot about me again and i eventually got a coke that was perfect. I was none too happy with the service this time.Of course, the fries and food were stone graveyard cold by the time i got it. Is it so hard to make sure the soft drinks aren't flat????? Is that really so hard to do?? It's as simple as having a taste now an again and taking care of things. Very disappointing service.Want to do better McDonald's?? Train your people to resolve issues faster while making the customer's concerns are addressed.

This is an extremely clean and pleasant McDonalds to eat in. The cleaning staff are attentive and thorough. An excellent overall experience. (Thursday 6:30 pm, Apr 18, 2024). Keep it up

Employees cook without gloves. There are missing ingredients. The service is extremely slow, we waited 25 minutes for two coffees and a McFlurry..... The McFlurry was not brewed. The ketchup machine does not work and is always empty during my visits.Really, the fact that they cook without gloves is disgusting.

I had lots of coffee beans in my coffee, my poutine was cold and my hamburger had a hair on it the other day I ordered I paid $10 for my poutine and he forgot it.
I ordered for the first time in this mcdo. I waited around 20 minutes to get the food and when i got it was cold. When i stared to eat the poutine i found a hair that didnt belong to me in it. The soda that i ordered was very diluted. It tasted like it was water with flavouring. Nevertheless im never coming back here.
