Oh how we didn’t have a great experience this Christmas evening in 2023 with them!4:30 p.m., I call in advance to have it delivered by 6 p.m. Knowing that they will surely be in a rush. 6:30 p.m., 1st follow-up call, I am told that my order will leave shortly. 7:05 p.m., second follow-up call, the info given is that it's gone and that it should arrive in 10 to 15 minutes.8:15 p.m., still nothing, there, I insist on knowing what's going on, I'm told in 15 minutes, as it's not clear, I ask has it gone as it was supposed to at 7:05 p.m. or It will leave in 15 minutes. As a result, it seems that there was a problem with the papers. That another customer on my street would have had our meal. However, when the order was taken, all the information had been validated.As a result, I was the one who had to rush to prepare the family meal and they lost a customer forever!

You order a chef's choice for $9.99, it costs you $17 with delivery included.. but the delivery person does not receive a tip.. plus it's 110% sure to receive a leg.., with 10 fries, half a coleslaw and a mini container with half sauce.When I call to talk about my disappointment, the very charming Sylvie... hangs up on me.. very nice experience for a customer of over 10 years.. thank you

I had great service from Tacey, who was very nice and smiled a lot.The food is great, but a bit expensive. Since everything has gone up in price, I understand.I don't have it delivered because I live almost across the street from the restaurant and they told me it takes longer for delivery. I call and make my order and they say it will be ready in 15 mins, so I time myself and when I arrive, my food is ready.
