I ordered a brisket and rib combo with 2 xtra rib sauce that you charged me.I didn't receive the 2 sauces and the ribs were so dry, I had to call back and she returned my 2 sauces and offered me dessert but I was sure I had finished supper when it came. arrive in delivery. It's really sad to pay so much for dry food... that's why I always order 2 sauces and it's very rare that I get them even if I warn the person on the phone ???But you charge for example $$$$$$$$$$$$$ eating at home is a luxury now so it would be fun if you would be a little more careful.

Poor service! We manage to get one order out of four that contains everything we asked for. I can't count the times we had to go back or complain, it seems like no one is there to train and support the poor young people who work there!

Bad experience on December 24, sitting at a banquette room with leftover food, a table that smells like soiled rags, when finally a waitress takes note of the order for drinks, while waiting for the drinks the waitress comes to give us the utensils (which we returned for poor cleanliness) and come back for the order. When the drinks (sangria and wine) arrived, the wine glass was dirty and the pitcher had food sticking to it. I asked for the bill and left. I went to eat elsewhere. This is the 3rd time in 2023 that I have had a problem at St-hubert. My 2024 resolution, NEVER go back there again!
