I pass this establishment almost every day. Fast service, but the employees are very lacking in courtesy. No “hello” when we collect our order, they all look stupid and seem to hate their jobs. When we ask questions about the menu the answers come down to yes or no, it feels like we're talking to a 4 year old child. It’s a shame that the lack of labor forces employers to keep this type of employee.Update: since a staff rotation, the service is much better, the employees are more courteous.

I am not racist in any way, but since colored employees are the majority at this place, I was very disappointed with the service, they were not served with incredible aroguance and nonchalance...you would think it was at McDonald's on Gréber in Gatineau ...it's sad to respect people who ultimately treat us as customers like common foreigners...we weren't better served with our people here...sorry....I won't put them back again feet there c some... from the Savane... there c impeccable service

POOR SERVICE:Hello, if I may, I'm giving a HUGE 0 stars following several situations that he knows how to get through and following the great lack of respect on the part of the employees. Today, MARCH 9, 2024, was one taste too many!! Starting to treat these customers IMBECIOUS because my partner asked them to put his egg in his wrap because he DID NOT have one is unacceptable. It's not because you work at a Tim Horton's and your boss is never there that you have the right to speak like that to your customers. It’s true we could make our own Tim Horton’s at home but if everyone started doing that your Tim Horton’s would disappear. In short, I continue following orders. There are always errors in our orders ALWAYS for real I don't know what you don't understand maybe it's FRENCH that you don't know but in a moment it will work.

Terrible customer service.I ordered a coffee and a donut on the app (nothing complicated, we agree), I arrived at the counter about 5 minutes later, there was no indication where to pick up my order, I asked to the employees, but they acted as if I didn't exist, after 10 minutes of waiting they finally brought me my donut. After responding to all the other customers who were in the regular line, they finally turned it on that I had been waiting for several minutes and they finally brought my coffee….Brief. Not easy

Worst service the guy at the drive-thru was super stupid and when he gave us our orders I took the time to look to see if everything was there and the employee said to us: what are you doing waiting again ?Ps: the bread of my morning was not toasted…

Its bad enough you arent open 24hrs anymore but the service is abysmalNo customer service skills, no smiles, no hello they just stare at you until you say what you want. They have 4 people working yet it still took the over 30min to serve 8 people all of them ordered coffee and donuts nothing complicated. Your staff works at a snails pace they shuffle along almost lost. I work in a restaurant I know its hard to find people but we found competant staff why cant you!! Also my coffee was cold!!

This is a terrible Tim Horton’s. We’ve stopped there a few times on the way through and each time it has been terrible. I won’t go there again. I have experienced the following: rude employees, half full drinks and potato wedges, missing items in the order, and more. For example, when we went in today, they half filled our hot chocolates and latte. When I asked them to fill up the latte, they begrudgingly took it and returned it to me a minute later - it tasted bery watered down (I suspect they filled it with hot water, it was not good). They also forgot the donuts so when I asked for those, I had to wait another 3-5 minutes and they passed me the two donuts somehow shoved into a single sleeve bag. The time before, they forgot my latte and it was very hard to find someone who would make it for me, and the potato wedges were less than half full. Not wasting anymore money here.
