Today i was at Alexis Nihon center and when i was going back to the metro i felt like having a Bubble tea but chatime was closed so i decided to try L2 bubble tea. I arrived and the employee was nice to me she took my order everything was fine but i ordered a strawberry milk TEA but when i tried it was like milk with strawberry nesquik...I went back and i asked kindly to change it because they had gotten my order wrong.This time it was another employee and she did not take that well she got mad because she said i had to choose a type of tea.So i told her that the employee didn't ask me which tea i wanted. I didn't like how she talked to me,she asked me which tea i wanted and obviously i was disturbed so i took like 3 seconds to answer and she was pissed..Anyways she finally changed it but she did with an evil smile which was weird i don't even know what she put in it , When i tried it, it tasted like she only put water in it horrible. She doesn't know how to treat costumers. For a kinda new place this is not a good way to stay open.Really bad service do not recommend.

I just love this place and should have take the card 1 free for 10 drinks as it has been now a while I excessed 10 drinks at this place They have lots of vegan option include vegetal milk options. They do not have plastic cups which is a big step for the environnement (for such places). Highly recommand!Vegetarian options: Vegan milk options

I have ordered bubble tea from L2 a number of times now. Their cappuccino flavour is my favourite, and they often put in a lot of tapioca pearls, which I love! When I ordered bubble tea yesterday I noticed an exciting change to their packaging - they are now using paper products (paper straw, cup, seal). I highly recommend L2, and will continue to order my bubble tea from them because of the great flavour, their incredibly friendly staff, and their efforts to use more environmentally friendly packaging.

Service was quick and friendly. They have a good number of options, but don’t overwhelm you. Make sure to ask for “no ice and no sugar”
Great place to go for bubble tea but overpriced as any L2. The place gets crowded easily because of students coming in from Dawson College.
