Great service! Best coffee in the area. Love their newly designed shop with drive through service and beautiful outdoor seating. The interior seating is gorgeous and lends itself to sitting, chatting, relaxing.

The drive thru is not operational so the impact on the traffic pattern is not known yet. The start up is a little shaky. Service was very slow since they did not seem to have enough help. Also sugar etc not available to customers (yet?). Hopefully they will straighten things out. In any case the expanded seating was crowded.

Located near the bike path, we stopped in to get warm...we were freezing. Drinks are a bit pricey for us normally but always very good. We arrived within 30ish minutes of closing but staff was still very helpful and friendly. We left warm and happy, back on the bikes!

Me and my Brother visit this establishment on the regular. Earlier this week i walk in to get our coffee per usual. There is no one else inside, but you can tell the team is busy working on mobile orders. I put in my coffee and wait. Five minutes goes by, nothing. 10 minutes goes by, still nothing. Finally, after about 12 minutes of waiting, one of the very professional managers came over and asked if I was waiting on something. I told her yes I have been waiting over 10 minutes. The girl with the short colored hair and the nose ring proceeded to claim that she forgot to print the sticker but it was very evident by its body language and tone that it was no mistake. I happened to be wearing an article of clothing that definitely don't match up with her political views, and we strongly believe this was the reason for the "mistake". The manager said that i could receive a refund but the colored hair seemed to think differently, expressing that she didn't think i deserved one! If you can't keep yourself under control your political beliefs at home then don't show up to work!

Unbelievable slow, can not put into words how slow they are. Watched a full episode of big mouth on my phone and they still did not finish making peoples drinks. I ordered a single hot chocolate.

This is consistently one of the worst service Starbucks. Waited in line over 20 mins today and still didn’t make it to order. Order ahead wasn’t available. Have reported to Starbucks several times due to slow service. Regularly a 40-45 min experience to order and receive a black iced coffee at this location.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every week the line is out the door. The manager doesn't care. Order ahead means you still wait 45 minutes when you arrive. People complain all the time and nothing is ever done.

One month later.. Starbucks has been out of oat milk the entire weekend. Also, today there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. I went to borealis instead. Better coffee, less drama.

Hot chocolate is the best here. >>> By the way this store is moving to the other end of the building it’s in- closer to the Shaws Market and it will have a new drive up!

One of the baristas here took my order and, instead of asking me what size I wanted, automatically charged me for the most expensive size. Didn't realize it until I picked up my drink.

The people here are really nice. The food is decent.the only concern is that the coffee variries. Sometimes the coffee is awful and sometimes it is really good. Overall 4 stars.

Went in for an iced coffee. The lady working couldn’t get my simple order straight and was curt when I asked her a question. She was so rude that I asked for the manager and low and behold she was the manager. Lol. Nuff said. The world and this Starbucks has really gone to hell in an expensive coffee hand basket. Good luck here with a manager like that who needs slacker employees.

Every time I come here I am waiting for 30+ minutes. Unfortunately this will be the last time I give them a chance. Currently am 35 minutes into waiting for my coffee. My food was ready before I walked in and is now cold. Multiple people who came in after and ordered at the counter have already gotten their orders and left. It is about me and 6 other people experiencing the same thing. Please hire more staff.
