Like the pizza, wings and cocktails. I wish they had more gluten free options. The waitress suggested me a soup with some kind of noodle/pasta, I had to point out that wasn't G/F. She apologized she just started and her trainer came up to our table and spoke with us and pointed out some menu options. Was a busy night on a Valentine Date with the family the service was great. We have been back numerous times, waiting for the warmer weather.

I'm officially never coming here again. I've given it multiple chances and I'm always let down. The ambiance is the only thing going for the place. The food is so bad that you almost forget that you're paying double what it's worth on a good day. In my experiences the food has been cold, pizza is always underdone, the short rib pasta is basically beef stew dumped on pasta, the crab Rangoon pizza has about 3 dollops of topping on it. The owner tries to justify adding a 3% charge for rising food and labor costs but there's obv a big profit margin because the farm to table schpeel is a lie. If you go to the bathroom you can see into their prep kitchen and everything is canned and processed. Also the Dasilva farm chicken is 15 bucks a pound so to charge you for almost a lb per serving when you're getting 1/4 of that is not "covering rising food costs" it's greedy Edit; I said about 3 dollops here's barely 5. NOT always on every slice as he claimed. After this back and forth with the owner I'll be sure to let everyone know what kind of unprofessional management they have. Maybe if you have this much time on your hands you can go back to the drawing board on what warrants a bit more attention coming out of the kitchen.

Get rid of the "service fee." Covid is over. Especially a service fee for a gift card ? Get a grip. That's robbery. Also , $13 to add protein to your pasta plate is mind boggling. I can get a whole chicken for less than that. It would be different if the food was incredible and upscale... it's a pizza joint.

This is my 3rd visit in three weeks. While the pizza is delicious, and the pasta dishes rival many fine Italian restaurants in the area, I must say I won't be back. After reviewing the check (2 pasta dishes, salads, chix wings, 4 adult beverages) I noticed a $3.50 "service fee." At first I thought it was for the grated cheese I asked to accompany my pasta dish. I then was told "it would be going away" and that it was to make up for the fact that the menu had outdated pricing. WHAT???!!!! So (1) you're too cheap to order new menus and (2) it was TOO difficult to have a server explain that BEFORE we ordered and (3) it didn't dawn on you to place THAT little bit of info on the PAPER weekly special handouts???? I am pretty sure that I just "glazed" over the service fee last week, which I'm sure is what they're hoping most customers will do. Unacceptable!

Pizza was disappointingly mediocre. Love the atmosphere and building itself. Wish the food was better!

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza it was excellent. This place is busy in the weekend so be sure to make reservations.

Just had dinner here last Friday. I’ve been here last year and enjoyed my pizza. This time it was soggy and under cooked. Desert was unimpressive. Servers just dump food on your table and walk away. Our waitress was polite though. I’m hoping they were just training new staff for summer.

What a find! Was looking for a good restaurant for lunch in Bristol and found Brick, which it seems only recently started opening for lunch. The smell from the road of brick oven pizza lured me in:). The atmosphere is awesome, a big roomy old industrial building that feels almost like a tap room - while it was lunch, I didn't get a chance to dig into the beer list but they have a huge and well appointed bar. Our server, Haley, was friendly, personable, and shared that all the ingredients are local. She even gave us the tip to warm left over pizza up in an air fryer to keep it crisp! Had the pizza of the day, Fig & Prosciutto, and the Shroom pizzas and total amazing-fest. Delicious, thin crispy crust with a sophisticated taste. Without question will be back and happy to recommend Brick to anyone in the area or passing through - try them for lunch as was a light crowd, fast service, and selfishly I want them to stay open for lunch forever!

3% service fee added to my bill? Isn’t that the job of the server and why they show up and get tips? Too weird. Can I save 3% if I get the food and drinks myself?

No vegan options????! really wish they accommodated for people who can't eat dairy and don't eat meat. Even one option would be appreciated.

Went here for dinner this place was amazing. It was a quiet and relaxing. I would say this was a good date settings. Food was flavorful. I wouldnt say the little garlic bread had much flavor but was a fun app. Pizza and shrimp were amazing. Drinks were really good. Place was really clean and staff were sweet. They have their own free parking.Parking: They have their own free parking lot.

Let's start with on the bill please pay attention because there is a service fee added of $3.40 when I asked what this was for no one could answer my question, finally when my waitress came back with our table with our change she said her manager took it off told us that was a charge from covid and that was supposed to have stopped, well how much money have you made from charging people that didn't notice it or care to. Food was very blah meatballs had no spice or flavor and 15.00 for a tiny sub no fries no chips, no pickle nothing bread and 3 meatballs, the table next to us sat dirty the whole time we had dinner this was at 4pm the place was not busy but all 5 of the young kids at the desk just hung around (oh sorry I forgot it's not in there job description). I can go on about a couple of other things but really not going to do any good my main concern was the charging everyone and making a fortune off the PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK NOR ANYONE ELSE IN OUR PARTY. The only good thing was our server keep checking on us. Oh I forgot if your child doesn't like pizza they will be hungry there is no kids menu.
