Staff here seem pretty miserable. Felt like I was bothering them. They forgot part of my order so I went back. Not mad or anything but completely Unapologetic and again, like I'm bothering them. The donut holes were hard and not even the ones I wanted. Which I was told as the bag was tossed at me like an after thought. The coffee burnt. And the sandwich was thrown in the bag like a ball. Dunkin never fails to remind me why I never buy Dunkin. If I'm ever in the desert dying of thirst and see a Dunkin in the near distance, I'm going to just lay down and die.

Every time I get a latte from this store they don’t use the correct measurements. Tastes super bitter then I ask for it to be fixed and idk if they even did anything because it looked exactly the same when they handed it back. I ended up throwing it aaway which this small latte is about $5 ; super disappointing! Please do better and use the correct measurements. Everything is formulated !!!

one of the guys working there sneezed right on my iced coffee 2 times and handed it to me right after , didn't send it back to make a new one , didn't apologize . had no manners and obviously doesn't shower and it shows ... I was pissed off so i left right away also this location has bad reading skills because they still manage to f*** up online orders when the instructions are clearly printed out . had my order messed up few times now unfortunately when it happens just happens to be the same exact guy at the window. I'd say go to a different location if it's on the weekend during the morning hours .

Ordered a decaf, got regular coffee. Called them they said to come by. I went back gave them the coffee and waited 10 minutes while they took care of other orders.
