Grabbed a coffee before hopping on the ferry. Coffee was delicious and the woman behind the counter was so kind.

This coffee shop is underrated! Great service and coffee is top top notch, from regular coffee to their espresso.

The place is small, but has a cozy feel to it. The staff was really friendly and the coffee is great. Visited this place twice during my visit to Bristol, but only had coffee. There’s not a lot place to sit - four tiny 2-top booths - but that’s just what they can fit in. Bathroom was super clean.

Cozy place to grab a coffee/tea and breakfast sandwich. Friendly staff and nice view of the Bristol harbor. Can’t go wrong if you’re in need of a quality cup of joe.

Really good coffee would definitely recommend.

I was an avid Empire Tea & Coffee customer, but after several negative experiences of unsatisfactory customer service I unfortunately will no longer go there. While their coffee and pastries can be quite good, it’s unfortunate that the quality and service is so terribly inconsistent, depending entirely on which employee gets your order and prepares it.When I go to a coffee shop to order a croissant with jam or butter I expect the jam or butter to be spread for me especially if I’m hoping to eat this on my commute to work.If I order a bolo egg sandwich with avocado and pay for it… I expect the avocado to be in it (it’s pricey to add avocado and such a disappointment when your sandwich is made without it when you did in fact pay for it, which has happened to me multiple times!)I’m so disappointed that I no longer can support this business, but I hope Empire can return to the consistent quality and service that it once had.

This sweet coffee spot offers delicious light breakfast and lunch options (including sandwiches) with marvelous matcha and latte combinations as well. The whole grain croissant is a unique favorite! You may order ahead using their app or grab and go. The small seating area inside is not yet available.

The location is amazing it is right next to the waterfront. They have good coffee. I have never had anything to eat. The process is for ordering is little weird, you go in and order and then wait outside behind the building. I am sure that it is this way due to Covid.

Ordered online for the Bristol location since I was staying next door.2 coffees and 2 sandwiches which were ready when I got there.Had an issue with one of my sandwiches but went back and the manager was more than helpful. She simply remade the sandwich no questions asked. I’m so glad I went back because it was delicious!

I had two beers before coming here but I remember how great the service was! The girls were so friendly my husband wanted a nitro cold brew coffee and I ordered an earl grey tea. The scones were wicked yummy. It seemed like a cool place to chill. Lots of friendly vibes with a nice atmosphere.

Good choice of tea and nicely done drink, but the store needs cleaning and better staff training. While we were taking a couple minutes to learn the menu, the person in the register didn’t ask if we need help, but just started scrolling her phone. The store was empty: the whole time we were only customer. The tables and condiment place was dirty, full of coffee spills. The floor was full of crumbles. There were at least 3 baristas, and they didn’t care much about acknowledging us or cleaning the store. We enjoyed the drinks, but the messiness was disappointing.

Coffee is stronger than what I usually get but it's still good just not all the time
