I went there for my birthday. The chef wrote me a card which was so thoughtful. We got the white bean and focaccia bread. This was soooo tasty. For dinner, I had the crab cake and eggplant. My partner who is not a vegan enjoyed the food as well. The staff was so great as well. I would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic, flawless experience. Came to Foglia to celebrate a wedding and we got great seating, free champagne courtesy of the chef, amazing service, and everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. The foccacia was stunning, the Lions Mane Filet was a culinary masterpiece, the desserts were incredible, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Cannot recommend this place enough, it's the best dining experience I've had to date.Vegetarian options: Entire menu is vegan

In Rhode Island, this is the best fine dining vegan experience you'll get. The entire menu is vegan. Think modern Italian, not American Italian. The chef got nominated for a James Beard award, so getting a reservation will get more difficult soon.I got the expressotini while the wife got the sangria. Mocktails were innovative and inexpensive. The drinks were incredible and well priced. Both of us did the chef tasting menu. The snacks blew us away aka amuse bouche. The rest of the dishes were good to great, but not incredible. Some dishes came out 20 to 25 minutes after we finished the previous one.We really enjoyed talking to the hostess, aka the chef's wife and co-owner. We also shared our feedback on how they could improve. In comparison to higher end vegan fare in providence or similar restaurants in Manhattan, NYC, we expected more for the price. We DID enjoy ourselves and the food. Just think they can grow into their role as they have zero competition in this state outside of providence. Wish them all the success!Vegetarian options: Everything is veganDietary restrictions: Everything is veganParking: Parked two blocks away on the street for free

Since becoming lactose intolerant, the two types of foods that I miss most are cheese-filled pastas and rich, decadent desserts. I have had those types of food at other places that use dairy substitutes and have found them to be good, but not the same as the "real thing". Foglia was incredible! My husband and I tried two pastas and two desserts. I don't know how the chefs did it, but the food tasted exactly like it had been prepared with the highest quality, rich dairy ingredients, even though it was 100% non-dairy. We also had the Lion's mane mushroom entree which was excellent. Service, wine selection and cocktails were all excellent too. Already planning my next trip there.

Had a wonderful dinner here with my mother. Very kind mother and son. Take vegans and non vegans alike. The mousse at the end of the tasting menu is to die for.

Foglia is an absolute GEM of a restaurant. The food is some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had - and even my meat eating family enjoy the meals because they’re so delicious. The menu has a great variety of options, but the tasting menu is absolutely the way to go (and the wine pairing is also fantastic!). All the servers are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. And Chef Pete and his wife are so warm and welcoming - we love getting to see and talk to the chef when he does his rounds during dinner service. 10/10 recommend for anyone who loves great food!

Easily one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Vegan or not, the care and standout flavors put into each dish are unrivaled. For those gluten free, there are a variety of GF options by default, and many are GFO.

Absolutely amazing food. The fact that it’s both vegan and 100% nut free is the first time I’ve been able to relax while eating and not worry about any of my allergies (eggs and almonds). The menu items are so thoughtful and creative and delicious - artichoke hearts with black olive CARAMEL. Who thinks of that? I also love that they have mocktail options as my husband doesn’t drink and I’m 8mo pregnant. The servers are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Our first experience here was impressive. From the warm welcome we received upon our arrival, to the friendly goodbye at the end, Kerry is a fabulous server, who gave us prompt and frequent attention. She was very accommodating and shared her laughter and smiles throughout the evening. Oh yeah, the food was amazing too! We each had the 5 course tasting menu, which was beautifully presented and was a feast for the eyes and mouth. It was our 12 yr old's first tasting menu experience, and he loved every bite and asked if HE could come back for HIS birthday too (we were out celebrating my wife's birthday this night). There were 6 other couples dining in the restaurant but we never once felt a delay in service, in fact, Kerry and team made it feel like we were their most important guest, even though there were 2 other birthdays in the restaurant. Even the chef owner came out to make his rounds and talk with us. The Foglia team knows how to create a memorable dining experience and loyal customers! BRAVO! We drove from north of Boston to dine here, but everything was so great, we are already planning our next visit!Parking: Free 2 hour parking in the lot across the street. Street parking also available.

Outstanding service, outstanding atmosphere, very good food. This place is QUIET and inviting. This is a restaurant for ADULT people to enjoy fine dining in a sophisticated and laid back setting. The cocktails outrageously good too. It was so refreshing to eat in a space with no T.V.s on every wall. The owner came out and talked to us and asked how we were enjoying our meal. The only request would be slightly larger portions.Vegetarian options: Entire menu
