I placed an order for a delivery. The food was delivered quickly, hot and very, very delicious!The egg rolls were the very best I've ever had. Light and crispy. Soooo good . You will enjoy every bite no matter what you order. I have tried several different dishes. No disappointment. And the people who deliver are very friendly and courteous. When you call to place an order you are treated with respect and once completed, you are given your total without having to ask how much. You won't be sorry. I'll order without worries. I enjoy the service every time. ?

Could benefit from a better online ordering and someone else to answer the phone (he's very sharp) but they have been nice to me and the delivery woman is kind every time she delivers. Not sure why someone said she was rude. Tipping gets you better service so don't be stingy. These people have to pay bills too.

If I could eat at one place in or around Bristol for the rest of my life, it’d be Lucky garden . That’s not an overstatement. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and nothing falls short of perfection. I’m a connoisseur of few things, I’ve stopped looking after eating here for a year. Haven't ordered from here in years. Basically because I never thought the food was good. After seeing a lot of good reviews in the past 5 months we decided to give it a try. Especially because the other Chinese restaurants in the east bay do not deliver. Boneless chicken was flavorless, just greasy, same with the fries that accompanied it. Fried rice had no flavor. The chicken chow mein was overly salty. The soup that came with the meal was just a greasy broth. Unfortunately I'm one and done again.

This is great 'fast food' Chinese food. The egg roll was my guilty pleasure even without the sauces I love. We will be back again when the mood hits us. Glad to have another option rather than Luke's

The only Chinese delivery we get- they're very nice, very fast and the food is delicious. We usually get the General Taos Chicken, the Chicken with garlic green beans (it's a little spicy), or fried dumplings- but everything we've tried has been delicious. Highly recommended

I preferred online delivery at 5:55 . 7:30 rolls around no food payed and tipped mind you . Get a call man says he is here I said I’d come out . He is t here call back man hangs up . Call the business (which I called a hour after ordering to check where it was and they said on its way also mind I live 5 mins away of that . ) they hung up thought it was bad service call again say my order and address and explain hang up again . Try one more and said. O you’re not taking my50$ plus tip and ignoring me . So o drive there to which they are acting like they didn’t just hang up on me and then call the guy who drove around with my food that is cold now to come. Ack and give it to me . Did not refund me a cent or even the tip . I left with such aggravation because they were just gonna keep my money and not even try . I was kind on the phone with the driver and trying to call the store to let them k ow the driver was having a communication issue and was not understanding us saying we thought he was at the wrong place . Long story but I have cold food . Aggravated family and I ordered deliver that I had to pick up my self . They also did not tel me what was going on for 10 mins after I got there and explained and waited for soemthing to happen which was the driver being back cold food .. there’s no mean people but they don’t care if they take your money and you don’t get your food . The fact o waited in there for so long and they couldn’t fr make my food that was now two hours. After ordering

I have eaten at this restaurant a few times before. It's a traditional Chinese restaurant, and although the owner has recently changed, the taste hasn't changed in over a decade. You could say that this restaurant is old, including both the taste of the dishes and the decor inside. If you like traditional Chinese food, you can give it a try, but you might prefer more modern dishes. However, I personally enjoy the traditional taste. The portion sizes are good, and the prices are reasonable for this area. I don't have high demands personally, so I would give it a higher rating.
